Interactive Design and Prototype sessions began on Monday, Feb. 9, and will continue through mid-July. The first sessions, held with members of the core project team, have been focused on academic structure. They are designed to mine the knowledge base of subject matter experts so that prototypes can be collaboratively designed from an integrated business process perspective. During the process, recommendations developed during the IDP process will be sent to the advisory committees.
Bi-weekly Technical Team training also began on February 9th, and will continue through April. This process explores the PeopleSoft tools environment so that the AIS project tech team can function knowledgably and efficiently.
